1)If your order arrived damaged... Please inspect all content and contact shipper immediately (UPS/FedEx). All packages are inspected prior to shipping with insurance. Doing so right before calling us can help us get your package replaced ASAP
2) All packages without a RMA# issued will be refused or discarded.
3) Buyer responsible for returning the goods to GQmalls.com for any warranty service. If the product is a factory defect, we can issue reimbursement in refund or products after the goods are inspected. To avoid discrepancy and fraud, reimbursement will be UPS ground standard rate ONLY.
4) All false claims will be discarded and treated as fraud. GQmalls.com has the best technicians in the industry and we reserve the rights to all final determinations.
5) Exceptions for returning brand new unused items are subject to management approval. A minimum 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply.
